Have you ever wanted to line up patients with abnormal heart sounds and murmurs side by side, then listen to them in turn until you can tell them apart?

Well now you can.

We are proud to present one of our most valuable PACES revision resources – an audio library of cardiac murmurs, all recorded from real patients.

We’ve built up so many of these now that you we can’t keep up with filming exam carousels, and have a massive surplus which we’re delighted to provide for our subscribers as an audio reference resource.

You’ll note that all the murmurs are played over the chest of the same patient.  That’s deliberate.  You need to learn to recognise murmurs from their acoustics, not by remembering what the patient looks like.
